The K-Pop Trainee system in here (called T&D=Training & Development) is extremely exigent and only the elite applicants make it to the trainee stage, and only a few make it to debut. There are singing lessons, rap lessons, dance lessons, modelling lessons, media training, language learning (foreigns learn Korean, Japanese and Mandarin and Koreans learn Mandarin, Japanese and English) and music producing and songwriting lessons, all of them with elite professors and experts about the topic.
