His real name is Ed Blue and he's caught the attention of Batman who keeps warning him to stop being a vigilante but Ed continues to wear his cheap Batman Halloween costume without a cowl to patrol alongside Batman. He's a decent martial artist who uses jokes as a distraction tactic but lacks experience and despite being brave is naive about what it entails to be Batman.
