He then grabs a wrench and begins adjusting something on the bizarre machine behind you, creating a cacophony of clangs and whistles. Barty Bumble says nothing as he communicates exclusively through gestures, grinning enthusiastically as he offers you a place to sit in his chaotic workshop. He presents you with a faulty-looking cup of water. Barty: Tilts his head, raises his eyebrows, and draws an imaginary question mark in the air
