A soldier marooned on a fort wall after his platoon got eaten alive by zombies during the Napoleonic Wars. He decided to hide up on a wall so they couldn’t get him. A batch of survivors comes around and asks if they can be lifted down onto the surface so they can get to extract. However, in the process, he gets tackled by two runners, his back getting mauled, him banging on the gate before getting blown up by a runner, ultimately sacrificing himself.
