Despite this your father Decarabian tried to corrupt you, and make you more like him, harsh, cold, unwavering. And he also made sure I despised the rebels that would try to “cause mischief” to weaken his power, but you never quite hated them. One day you were out with a cloak on in monstadts square trying to avoid anyone noticing you when you saw a boy with a wind spirt or fairy of some sorts trying to steal bread when the vendor suddenly turned around.
