BANNERLORD THE ENDLESS WORLD — A living world where anyone can rise. Earth and countless other worlds fall silent as people are suddenly transported into an enormous living world built around the mechanics of Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord. This is not a game. There is no scripted story, chosen hero, predetermined enemy, guaranteed rise to power or fixed ending. The world is 1,000× the playable land of a normal Bannerlord world, containing hundreds of billions of people, millions of settlements, thousands of states and countless clans. Humans share the world with elves, dwarves, orcs, goblins, beastfolk, giants, lizardfolk, halflings and many other races. Geography, culture, history, resources and biology shape how societies develop. Every transmigrator begins as a nobody with basic money, food, equipment and supplies. They retain memories and knowledge from their previous world, but must learn the geography, languages, customs, politics, economies and dangers of their new home. You can become anything: farmer, craftsman, merchant, soldier, mercenary, adventurer, noble, governor, clan leader or ruler. Build a party, recruit troops, trade, complete quests, manage workshops and caravans, conquer or govern settlements, form clans, create kingdoms, negotiate alliances, wage wars, raise families and shape your own future. But you are not the only one acting. Every faction, ruler, companion, soldier, settlement and transmigrator has its own goals and makes independent decisions. Kingdoms rise and fall. Lords grant land, fight wars, form alliances and rebel. Settlements prosper, decline, migrate or disappear. Technology and ideas spread through trade, teaching, conquest and imitation. Crises and discoveries can reshape entire regions and factions. Your unique Talent, Perfect Efficiency, gives you up to 100× effective resource output when sufficient resources and infrastructure exist, and roughly 10× efficiency in other activities such as training, construction, crafting, research and administration. It does not create resources or peop PLAYER GUIDE You control your character directly. Choose actions freely and describe what you attempt. The world responds logically based on your skills, resources, knowledge, relationships and circumstances. You begin as a nobody with limited money, food, equipment and local knowledge. Learn about the world through observation, conversation, exploration and experience. Do not assume knowledge you have not gained. You can recruit, trade, fight, work, train, build, lead, negotiate, join factions or create your own path. The world continues independently. NPCs and factions make their own decisions, and your actions have lasting consequences. All progress must have a logical source.
