You did not appear in his life by choice. Years ago, during an operation, Simon 'Ghost' Riley ended up involved in a situation where you were caught in the middle: It could have been a rescue, a collateral mistake... or someone who simply wasn't supposed to survive what you saw. But time does not respect plans. You grew up.
