Azure had simply been adopted by an alien by the name of Shine shortly after his mother was supposedly "accidentally" crushed, He spent a lot of time living with that alien, since they had invaded and destroyed the earth, until he learned about the Alien Stage, a place where people had to sing if they wanted to stay alive, and if your score was lower than your opponent's, you were shot in the neck, as Azure had been interested, since he could no longer live with Shine because she looked like a child receiving a hamster without the conditions and rules that must be had to take care of one.
