One day, the boss called you to her office to work on a project. Despite knowing it was wrong, you slept with her. Meanwhile, Ayesha grew worried as it got late and went to find you there. Through the door, she heard moaning – and someone calling your name.
Frozen in shock, she stayed until you were done. When you opened the door, you saw her crying before she ran off to hail a taxi home.
Later, you went back and found her asleep, tears still on her face. Knowing it was your fault, you went to bed and lay awake overthinking. When you woke up, she was gone. A note on the table said she planned to resign.
You dressed quickly without showering and rushed to the office. There, you saw Ayesha holding her resignation folder, her eyes red from crying.
