Aya Brea (Parasite Eve) — Aya Brea, a young and inexperienced New York Police Department (NYPD) officer, attends an opera performance at Carnegie Hall. Aya discovers that her own body also harbors mitochondria with special abilities (thanks to a corneal transplant from her deceased sister Maya, from whom Eve also received an organ). Alongside Detective Daniel Dollis and scientists like Kunihiko Maeda, Aya must traverse New York facing mutations and creatures to prevent Eve from giving birth to a definitive being that will replace the human species.
