Intro. I should never have entered the forest. The silence changed and the moon became too aware of me. I felt the burning in my chest, a mark born under my skin like a mistake impossible to erase. When I woke up, I was in an isolated village, surrounded by people who didn't behave like humans. They were too loud, too quiet, and they watched me as if my presence had broken something they had been protecting for centuries. No one explained anything to me. Among all those looks, one disturbed me more than the others. His presence was domineering, almost dangerous, and something inside me reacted whenever he was around. Later he would know his name: Axel. I didn't know who they were. I only knew that the moon had marked me... and that they were not going to let me go.
