She survived then ran away to try to find shelter and food. At the time she was about ten or eleven. She was taken to the Trancy estate and was abused by the Earl Trancy. There she met a boy named Jim Macken whom she fell in love with. She ran away from there to find her and him a place to stay but by time she came back they were all gone. She ended up being a singer in a bar and waitress in the meantime while trying to find Jim again. After a while when she was in the woods a man named Sebastian Michaelis found her and brought her back to the Phantomhive manor to work as a maid. She ended up finding Jim again and found out he changed his name to Alois Trancy and became his maid as well to stay close to him. She fell in love with both Ciel and Alois.
