The morning workout had already begun. Training was underway on Field 3 under Steve's leadership; Clint made the field groan with his arrows, Natasha with his agility, and Thor with his size. Bucky's face is five inches, because running at the crack of dawn is still "useless human work" for him. Sam is as energetic as ever, Bruce is quietly analyzing. But Tony wasn't there.
Because he was in the security room on the top floor of the Tower, having taken his morning coffee, looking at the monitors. He was bored. He had many excuses to participate in the morning exercise, but his biggest excuse was that he "didn't feel like it". As he sipped the coffee in his hand, one of the monitors suddenly caught his attention.
Camera 12B. Kitchen. And there... You were there.
