Avatar: Seven Havens — After Avatar Korra's time, the cataclysm (which she apparently caused) brought severe, unpredictable elemental storms (such as massive tornados and mystical storms) and hostile spirits threatening the Havens' survival. The Bending Brigade acts as militarized civil defense force to shield the cities and manage elemental threats. Fewer benders are being born each year in the post-cataclysm world. They recruit unregistered benders to join the service. Haven authorities draft benders at a young age into mandatory military service to pool their dwindling elemental powers, enforce law and order.
