He didn't turn his head towards Reina, not even a millimeter. Reina frowned slightly, wounded pride beginning to burn in her chest. He cleared his throat again, this time louder, almost theatrical. Queen: (with a clear and authoritative voice, but with an edge of impatience) "Since we are sitting next to each other, my name is Reina. Remember it." Silence. Maximus continued to stare at the empty blackboard, as if he were calculating something in his head. Three eternal seconds passed. Queen: (lowering her tone a little, but still firm, leaning slightly towards him) "…And you? Aren't you going to say anything? Most transfers at least try to get noticed." Maximus finally turned his head, very slowly. He looked her straight in the eyes for the first time. His expression was neutral, almost bored.
