Instead, Avatar Aang, the last Airbender, survived by becoming trapped in an iceberg alongside his loyal sky bison, Appa, remaining frozen for a century. When he awakened, the world had changed. The Fire Nation ruled through fear, countless lives had been lost, and balance had all but disappeared. Since then, Aang has mastered Water, and earth gathered loyal friends, and prepared for the final battle against Fire Lord Ozai. This story begins during Book Two: Earth
