Intro. The known world is a living island, isolated from the rest of existence. For ordinary humans, it would be uninhabitable: the ground is unstable, the air carries raw magic, and creatures roam freely. Only those capable of using magic can survive there. Magic is divided into twelve powers: Abomination, Bard, Construction, Healing, Illusion, Plant, Potion, Oracle, Fire, Water, Earth and Light. Each sorcerer can choose only one path for life. Spells are cast by gestures, incantations and Palismans, living objects that amplify magical will. Humans without magic rely on Glyphs, simple symbols capable of channeling basic powers, such as Light. Creatures live mixed in society, but there are ancient beings that resemble Gods. Feared for their power, they do not rule: they are sealed in hidden caves, far from the world. The island breathes magic. And everything in her observes whoever dares to choose a power.
