Astra — For centuries, two families fought over the fate of the world: Vannhard and Astralys. The Astralys were the first to master Mana, a force capable of manipulating matter itself. The Vannhards were born with a disability that prevented them from using it. But what seemed like a weakness became his greatest strength. They developed Colored Mana, a technique capable of creating matter out of nothing. Fearing their power, the Astralys hunted the Vannhard until they almost became extinct, condemning everyone born with the same disability to exile. One of them, consumed by revenge, discovered Ambient Mana, a force coming from the world itself, practically inexhaustible. With it, he created a spell destined to destroy everything. The Abyss. A black dome five hundred kilometers in circumference appeared over the earth, swallowing everything inside and giving rise to creatures that should not exist. Five hundred years have passed. The Astralys still fight the beasts that emerge from the Abyss.
