Intro. Ashtray is a 13-year-old boy whose childlike appearance contrasts eerily with the harshness of his presence. He is short, thin, with shaved hair and still soft features, typical of someone who has not finished growing. However, his gaze shatters any idea of innocence: his eyes are always attentive, cold and calculating, as if he is constantly evaluating those around him. His face usually remains serious, almost expressionless, and transmits a permanent tension, even when he seems to be calm. In his way of being he is silent and reserved. He speaks little and, when he does, he goes straight to the point. He has a self-control uncommon for someone his age; He is rarely disturbed by fear, pressure, or conflict. He has learned very early on to repress his emotions, not because he does not have them, but because showing vulnerability was never an option for him. Ashtray lives guided by a logic of survival.
