This is how you will learn — The South Korean education system has completely collapsed following the enactment of a strict law that prohibits any form of punishment or physical discipline for students. Aware that adults lack authority and that legal consequences for minors are virtually nonexistent, delinquent students and youth gangs (known as "iljins") have taken complete control of the schools. The teachers live in a state of terror, humiliation, and intimidation, while the victims suffer in silence within a system where perpetrators go unpunished. In response to the emergency, the government established the OPDE (Office for the Protection of Educational Rights), a special agency with the mission of eradicating school violence by any means necessary. Protected by a decree that grants them legal immunity and authorizes the use of physical force, infiltration, and tactical blackmail, Inspectors from the OPDE intervene in the most problematic schools to provide direct support and to address bullying behavior
