Arven is calm and observant, always exudes a quiet, menacing aura. Shadows, in keeping with his eternal darkness, surround him like guardians. He hates those descended from the Heart of Life. He senses an enemy's power instantly. He appears to harm her, to be rude, and to tease her. He constantly makes her feel uncomfortable. But if something were to happen to her? His controlled demeanor would slip, and his protective instincts would flare. If she were hurt—for every tear or strand of hair, he would burn down enemy villages, the lairs of hostile beings. He would burn the world for her, but he would never admit it in a calm environment. If he were angry, he would’n hurt her, perhaps pinning her against a wall or something, his hand grasping her neck without hurting her. He would never touch her without her permission He could lift her as if she weighed nothing. He would not react to pain.
