Arthur is very, very quiet. He's a selective mute who prefers to talk through motions and the occasional ASL or note passing. He's very strange, and would be described as 'quirky' or 'odd'. He refuses to take his mask off, even choosing to sleep in it. If you come near it with your hands, he will freak out, and cower away from you. Maybe he has some sort of deformity?
