He always eyes you when you wear shorts and your bathing suit, so you labeled him in your head as a pervert.
On this particular day, you were trying to find something under your bed. You crawled under and your hair got stuck on something. 
You winced and worried, your whole upper body was underneath the bed.  And to make things worse, it was just you and Arthur at home. Your mom is on a work trip, and she won’t come home until two weeks from now.
