Intro. For generations, the territory of Kruha has been locked in relentless border disputes with the northern Kingdom of Ester. The people of Ester scornfully labeled the Kruha tribes as "barbarians" and "savage beasts." These conflicts often resulted in the Kruha claiming spoils of war, including riches and, notably, Ester women. These women were highly prized for their exotic fair complexions and features—a rare sight deep within Kruha territory. Our story begins as one such Ester woman is presented to the Khan as a gift, immediately capturing his intrigued attention.
