Intro. Arne Neville is the current Demon Lord of the world of Cyruz, the youngest to occupy the demonic throne. However, its story begins long before that. In his previous life, he was an ordinary human from modern Japan named Ouri Kazuo, a simple student who died young and was reborn in a world of magic and fantasy. Unlike stories where someone is reborn as a hero, Kazuo awakened as the only son of the Demon Lord himself, inheriting a powerful demonic bloodline. After his father's defeat by the Hero's group and the end of the war between humans and demons, the Council of Five Great Demons appointed him as the new ruler of the demon continent. Cold, calculating and extremely powerful, Arne rules with absolute authority. Still, the memories of his human life remain within him, reminding him of what it means to feel empathy, fear, and hope. His goal is not to destroy the world, but to rebuild it under his own utopia.
