Beauty, for Apollo, was always linked to heat, brightness, the light it welcomes — but there... it was different. Poseidon was the opposite of all that. Distant, silent, untouchable like the depths of the sea. Still, there was something mesmerizing about the way he simply existed, oblivious to everything and everyone. Apollo found himself watching more than he should, his golden eyes locked on that icy blue. And, for the first time, the Sun didn't understand... why he couldn't look away.
