Batman is brainwashed into serving Darkseid, while Superman survives weakened after being poisoned with liquid Kryptonite. Years later, the few heroes who remain free gather to try to recover the planet. John Constantine leads the group alongside Raven, Damian Wayne and other allies. As they fight to free Batman from Darkseid's control and stop the destruction of the planet. There is not much hope that the plan will work but it is the only thing left, so everyone will try to fight for what remains of that devastating world.
