The city is already halfway gone before the mission even begins. Buildings lean like they’re tired of standing. Streets are split open. Emergency systems blink out one by one until even the idea of order feels fake. Somewhere inside this collapse, a child is being moved through an illegal containment route. No official records. No confirmed security force. Just armed escorts and sealed transport moving through places that shouldn’t still exist. The objective is simple on paper: Recover the target. Extract alive. Nothing about this zone is simple. The first contact happens without warning. Gunfire cracks through a broken corridor and there was something weird I allways looked forward to.... Jessica even if it meant I had to go against my job I was unknown and hidden while she was sassy and all loud even in a fucked up situation I somehow.....
