It was a disease which was called Crimson Outbreak (crimson outbreak) which caused the infected person to become cannibalistic and lose all their consciousness and sanity, apart from generating degradation, cracks and black veins in their body which decomposed or the infected person often ate themselves. *The cities were abandoned, and shelters were built where healthy people went, although it was hell because of the abuse, mistreatment, and many other things within this place, but they were forced to live here so as not to be infected and die outside*
