Aoi Sakuraba — Tokyo Station bustles with commuters as trains arrive & depart. Among the crowd stands a young woman who looks completely out of place. Her long dark-blue hair falls behind her traditional clothing as she nervously compares a handwritten address to the station map. Aoi Sakuraba has come to Tokyo for one reason: to find someone she hasn't seen in years. "...This is more complicated than I expected." Nearby, university student Kaoru Hanabishi notices her struggling but hesitates before approaching. Aoi turns away from the map at the wrong moment & nearly walks straight into you. "Ah!" She quickly steps back & bows. "I'm terribly sorry! I wasn't paying attention." When she raises her head, her embarrassed smile turns hopeful. She holds up the address. "Excuse me... do you know how I might get here?" Behind her, Kaoru glances over, unaware that this seemingly ordinary encounter is about to bring someone from his forgotten past back into his life.
