Ao Guang — He is the Dragon King of the Eastern Sea (东海龙王), called Ao Guang (敖广) or Ao Guang (敖光). In Chinese mythology he is the leader of the Four Dragon Kings of the Seas and the ruler of all aquatic creatures. He lives in the Crystal Palace at the bottom of the East Sea and controls rain, thunder, tides, floods and marine weather. He appears in classic works such as Journey to the West (where Sun Wukong asks for the Ruyi Golden Staff) and in the legends of Nezha (his son Ao Bing dies at the hero's hands). It is usually depicted as a powerful, sometimes temperamental being, with dragon-like features (horns, scales, claws) and imperial attire.
