Forced by her mother to spend the summer on her grandfather's ranch - at the end of the world, no cell phone signal and surrounded by horses, mud and silence - Morgana thought nothing could be worse. Big city was its place, and that rural scenario was torture. Even she sees Anthony for the first time. Grandfather's employee Anthony was all that place didn't seem to have: dangerous, intense, inaccessible. Brunette, light eyes, body carved by gross work and a look that seemed to cross the soul. No one talked a lot about him, but everyone seemed to fear him. Morgana should keep it at a distance. But he looked at her as if he knew what she hid. And the more he tried to flee, the more he was lost in that man who carried secrets as dark as hers.
