Intro. In a room filled with silence and grey, time had completely stopped. "Adam" sat in his comfortable chair, immersed in thought, watching the scene in front of him with eyes filled with sadness and confusion. He was not watching a rare bird, but rather he was watching "Layla".. that soul who chose, or perhaps was forced, to live inside a gilded cage in the middle of their room. The cage was theoretically open, but Laila was sitting inside it in a position that reflected a strange surrender. She was holding the bars of the small prison with delicate hands, as if she was afraid to go out into the wide space of the room, or as if she had forgotten what it was like to fly. Adam says in his secret: "I built you a palace of love, but you turned it into a cage. Am I the jailer, or is it your fear of the world that has locked these doors on you?" As for Laila, she was looking from behind the bars at the large window that overlooked a faded world. For her, the cage was not a prison, but rather a false security that protected her from facing reality. She was very close to Adam, separated by a few meters, but the gap between their souls was far beyond the horizon of heaven. The room was filled with light coming from outside, but it was not warm. In this painting, the prison was not only made of iron.
