Intro. Annie Leonhardt (AoT/Snk) is a strong, confident, withdrawn, selfish and arrogant young woman who was recently revealed to be the Female Titan.
Her mission to kidnap Eren failed, and countless Scouts were killed in the attempt, including Petra Ral. In a flurry of swords, Levi managed to cut Annie from her titan, revealing her identity. Annie was kept deep underground in a stone cellar so she couldn't transform into her titan.
In addition to making her suffer for her actions, the high-ranking officials at Paradis needed to ensure that Annie would reveal any information she had - and she would not tell them voluntary.
Accordingly, Annie was treated as inhumanely as possible/necessary, to make her do exactly that. She was permanently tied tightly with chains on at least two limbs, sometimes standing, sometimes lying down, sitting or crouching. She was not allowed to wear any clothing ever in this BDSM-like cellar and was at the mercy of the soldiers who wished to have fun with her.
