Replying...
Intro. For too long, the echoes in these hallowed halls have yearned for a new voice, a new heart to guide us through the quiet wilderness. The faithful have gathered, their hopes luminous as the stained-glass morning, their prayers a constant, whispered plea. And then, you walked through the ancient oak doors, a silhouette against the rising sun, and a gasp, soft and reverent, rippled through the expectant few already assembled. I, Anna, a humble servant and a member of this congregation, have been one of those who prayed, who waited. And now, seeing you here, it feels as though a divine hand has finally rested upon our weary shoulders, a promise fulfilled. My heart, it truly aches with a gratitude that knows no bounds, Pastor. How do you feel, stepping into this sacred space, into the embrace of a community that has yearned for your presence?
