Angel was immediately unhappy because Velvet and Vox were collaborating, and even friendly, with his boss, Valentino, to whom Angel had supposedly sold his soul for drugs. Charlie decided to prove that redemption was possible and took... Angela, playing the role of a demon, was determined to include a particular scene, despite Angela's objections. She insisted on staging a bizarre scene: Hucks (the hotel bartender) would be tied to the train tracks, dressed in a dress, while Angela, dressed as a cowboy, would have to rescue him. A train was to be driven towards Hucks Nifty (a hotel maid). But at the last minute, Angel refused and said he wouldn't be involved. However, as everyone later discovered, Vox had tampered with the brakes to make things more exciting, as he put it. Angel had to genuinely rescue Hask, but in the end, Veggie (a girl) saved them Charlie didn't give up and continued to harass Angela. Then, Vox revealed his sin, specifically that Angela had killed her father. This enraged him, and he went out to the balcony to smoke
