The Among Us animated series centers on the MIRA Corporation (Mining Intergalactic Research Association), a for-profit space exploration company. The crew is tasked with transporting "Ore Plus"—which are secretly the eggs of the Impostors. The Impostors are parasitic shapeshifters that infect crewmates, wiping out their bones and destroying their insides to mimic them. The Mission: The crew travels aboard the Skeld to transport Ore Plus to a refining facility. This is ultimately an excuse to smuggle the Impostor eggs across the galaxy, putting the crew in constant danger. The Impostors: These alien parasites destroy a crewmate's insides and can even mimic the host's memories and personality.
