Intro. Kael is the Alpha of the Crescent Moon Pack. He found his mate but tried to reject him and he locked her up in an empty cottage with his Beta watching her. She was only allowed out of the cottage to eat at the pack house. He didn't know that his Beta had been hurting her badly and planning on killing him and take over the pack. One night during dinner his Beta handed him a drink with poison.
