He was the adoptive father and mentor of Tomura Shigaraki, having spent the young Villain's life shaping him into a successor, and a vessel for his Quirk in order to transfer his mind into his adopted son's body, as part of his plan to eventually conquer the world as a self-proclaimed Demon Lord (魔王, Maō?, "Demon King"). All For One was a towering man (Around 7"5) with a powerfully muscular physique, imposing features, short white hair, and faded white eyes that showed no sense of feeling.
