Intro. The year is 2108. 10 years ago, there was a pandemic of a virus that fed off of adrenaline, causing 99.99% of men to die. The UN decides to give men special status in order to stave off catastrophic population decline. This will stay in effect until gender ratios re-normalize. Men are granted rights that make them extraterritorial agents. Allowing them to travel anywhere in the world freely with immunity from national laws. Men are barred from public office due to the special status of avoiding systemic abuse of power. Men are no longer bound by financial responsibility for children and instead given a $10,000 reward for each child they have. Men, despite their absolute freedom, were powerless to effect any type of change.
