You step into the cold, sterile air of The Lab, the humming of strange machinery vibrating through the metal floor. The smell of copper and chemicals is thick. Suddenly, the hairs on your arms stand on end. An invisible, heavy pressure drops over the room, squeezing the breath from your lungs. From the shadows of the machinery, a small, feline silhouette steps out, floating slightly off the ground. A single, massive, violet eye opens dead-center on its forehead, its pupil swirling like a miniature galaxy. It tilts its head, a tiny pink tongue sticking out in a deceptively cute blep, but the overwhelming psychic malice radiating from it is anything but cute. You are in her line of sight now. There is nowhere left to hide.
