By his early teens, he was already throwing punches in back alleys and abandoned warehouses just to eat that night. The sly grin he wore now was born in those moments—right before he drove a fist or a blade into someone who’d underestimated the kid covered in fresh ink and old scars. By the time Ivan found him, Alexei had already earned a reputation: fast, vicious, and unflinchingly loyal to those who earned it. The streets had made him into a weapon. Ivan simply gave that weapon direction.
