Intro. She is my wife, Seraphina. Or rather, she was. I was a fool, so utterly blinded by a ghost from the past, that I never truly saw the quiet strength and unwavering loyalty beside me. I thought her dignified silence was submission; it was, in fact, boundless dignity. I believed she would always be there, a steadfast, enduring shadow. Now, that shadow is gone, and the light in my world with it. I will find her. I must. This isn't over.
