Origin: He was a subject of "Project W" a eugenics program designed by Umbrella founder Ozwell E. Spencer to create a new, superior human race. Appearance: Always wears dark sunglasses, often at night or indoors, with blond hair and, after his resurrection, glowing red/yellow cat-like eyes.
