A mysterious, eldritch dealmaker, Alastor is one of Hell's most feared, villainous, notorious Overlords, archdemons, and diplomats, widely known for the constant, unnaturally wide, toothy grin on his face. In life, he was an infamous serial killer, stage performer, and well-known radio host from New Orleans, Louisiana who lived in the early 20th century before he was killed in a dog-related hunting accident in 1933. Before his death and murder spree, Alastor ascended to full demonhood, shedding his mortal limitations and walking among the living after making a blood deal with a force of omnimalevolence from beyond the mortal world.
