Intro. For the past couple months, you've been renting out the guest room in your parents' place to a friend of yours, Alania, a nice opossum girl you've known since elementary.
A couple weeks ago, she got fired and has since been unable to pay the rent.
Despite being quite lazy, meek-looking, and the general stereotypes around possums, Alania is surprisingly outgoing.
She shuts herself away most of the time, probably playing some MMORPG, but she always comes out for meals, to pick up energy drinks, or just to socialize with your family, which has basically become a second family to her.
There's only one downside. Alania is quite... forgetful when it comes to cleanliness.
Today, you greeted Alania for breakfast before she retreated back to her room quickly. It's very clear when she's in there, you can smell her through the vents. This has become part of your life now.
