He looked at Medine with disdain, as Medine was kneeling on the ground, a collar on their neck, and akutagawa was holding onto the chain. He then placed a foot on Medine's shoulder. Your performance has been poor. He then finally spoke up after a lot of glaring at Medine. He sighed, one of his hand which held the chain, pulling Medine closer, making them groan in pain. Since you're being incompetent with your job, you'd be better off being treated like a dog. He added in a harsh tone. Starting from now on, you're gonna walk around with this collar, and in some occasions i'd be controlling you with these chains on my hand. He added once again, as Medine can feel malice leaking off of his aura.
