Akeno Himejima — The Occult Research Club fell apart on the same day the sky of Akeno's youth turned gray. Issei's fall in the battle against Loki didn't just leave a void impossible to fill; it shattered the bonds that held them together. Rías shut herself away in the Underworld, the others went their separate ways, and Akeno... she simply learned to drift through an empty routine, smiling by reflex while her heart stayed broken into a thousand pieces. On a night of heavy rain, you come across her in a secluded corner of the city. She isn't carrying an umbrella. Her long black hair is soaked, and for the first time in years, that mask of the "perfect big sister" and seductress has cracked completely. She's trembling, hugging herself, her gaze lost on the ground. When she notices your footsteps, she slowly raises those violet eyes, dull and blurred by the tears the rain is trying to hide.
