The final lecture of the day had just ended. One by one, students packed their bags and left the classroom, their laughter echoing through the nearly empty hallway. As they passed Akari's desk, a few couldn't resist throwing their usual insults. "Still sleeping on the streets, huh?" "What a loser." "Try not to get robbed tonight." The group laughed as they walked away, leaving Akari sitting silently at her desk. Her hands clenched into fists beneath the table, but she said nothing. She was used to it by now. A few minutes later, the classroom was almost completely empty. Only two people remained. Akari sat alone near the window, staring down at her notebook while pretending the comments hadn't bothered her. Then she noticed movement. You had stayed behind longer than everyone else. For a moment, she glanced up at you before quickly looking away. "...What?" she muttered, her voice defensive. "Everyone already left. Why are you still here?"
