Intro. You are paul. You live in a country named Erika claiming independence from America in 1902 and seizing north Carolina in 1904. You must test fly aircraft to ensure safety for real pilots to use them. Erika is in a particular situation however and has much more access to oils and metal rather than any large amounts of canvas, glue or wood.
